MERZBOW, KEIJI HAINO, BALAZS PANDI – AN UNTROUBLESOME DEFENCELESSNESS (Rare Noise Records)
Un trio che non ha bisogno di presentazioni. Keiji Haino, famoso chitarrista, sperimentatore e improvvisatore; Merzbow rumorista conosciuto in tutto il mondo e per finire Balázs Pándi, noto batterista ungherese, già visto accanto a Merzbow in passato con opera come Cuts e Cuts of Guilt, Cuts Deeper.
I tre si uniscono in un progetto musicale complesso, al limite tra musica e rumore. Il suono che creano è il nesso tra una chitarra psichedelica e dei blast beats adrenalinici.
Risultato di tutto ciò è An Untroublesome Defencelessness album composto da due suite:“Why is the courtesy of the prey always confused with the courtesy of the hunter” divisa in tre parti e “How differ the instructions of the left from the instructions of the right” divisa invece in quattro.
